It was a busy night once again for emergency crews as another strong round of storms rolled into the area.
Starting around 7 p.m., severe weather led to numerous calls to the Butler County 911 Center for downed wires and trees. Overall, dispatchers have handled more than 40 calls about the storm.
That resulted in the shut down of Route 356 for most of the morning, but it is now reopen.
The storms also have caused power outage issues. At one point there were more than 3,500 Butler County residents without power. As of 11 a.m., there are still over 2,000 residents without power.
The outages and road closures also resulted in the Knoch School District canceling school and Freeport moving to a two hour delay.
