The curator of the Saxonburg Museum is stepping down.
Fred Caesar announced he is resigning from the post of volunteer curator effective at the end of the month.
He joined the museum as a volunteer staff member in 2015 and quickly became the curator.
Caesar said he enjoyed teaching the history of Saxonburg and its influence across the globe.
However, he also cited that the borough is looking at making different arrangements and revenue streams for the museum, making its financial future uncertain.
Caesar thanked the community, visitors, and volunteers for helping keep the museum alive.
