The beauty of local homes and gardens will be in the spotlight this weekend as part of a Harmony Museum event.
Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. six historic homes and four gardens will be open to the public as part of the Historic Harmony Home and Garden tour.
Tour guide booklets will be available at Stewart Hall along with a new display of a Harmonist home in the 1812 Harmony Society Wagner House.
The cost of this event is $22 for the tour plus an extra $8 for a bag lunch. Free parking is available in marked spots around town but space is limited.
The Harmony Fiber Festival with vendors, animals, and demonstrations is also planned for Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the barn and Weavers Cabin on Mercer Street. Visit the Harmony Museum website for more information.
