The Second Gentlemen of the United States will in Pittsburgh later today at the Tree of Life memorial.
Second Gentlemen, husband of Vice President Kamala Harris, Doug Emhoff will be in Pittsburgh later today delivering remarks at the groundbreaking at the Tree of Life Memorial to victims.
Governor Josh Shapiro is also to be expected to be in attendance.
