Mars High School is closing its tennis courts at the high school due to ongoing Route 228 construction.
The school’s outdoor basketball courts and separate doubles tennis court, which are closest to Route 228, will be removed.
Because of that construction and the addition of a new parking area, the tennis courts will be closed starting next Monday. The shut down of the courts will run through August 22nd.
School officials believe all of the campus construction work will be done by the beginning of school.
