After the release of four American prisoners from a Russian prison two State Representatives are pushing for the release of Marc Fogel.
Pennsylvania State Representative Natalie Mihalek of Allegheny County and Rep. Marci Mustello have filed a resolution in the Pennsylvania House that calls for the Immediate Release of Marc Fogel.
In the memo released by the two representatives, they are asking the Department of State to upgrade Fogel’s imprisonment status to “wrongfully detained.”
They are urging the State Department to stand with the Fogel family and help demand “Marc’s swift release.”
