Police are searching for a suspect after a pedestrian was hit in a grocery store parking lot.
The accident happened yesterday just before 2 p.m. at the Sprankle’s Market in Saxonburg.
State police say a Chevy Malibu backed out of a parking spot and hit a pedestrian. That person was injured, although the extent of their injuries was not released by police.
The vehicle then fled the scene.
There were no other details available about the suspected car. Anyone with information should call state police.
