Top four of College Football Playoff rankings remain unchanged/Penn State #4

The top four in the College Football Playoff rankings remained unchanged when the new top-12 bracket was released last night. Oregon remains #1, followed by Ohio State, Texas and Penn State at #4. Indiana fell from #5 to #10 this week after losing to the Buckeyes. Notre Dame moved to the fifth spot after defeating Army. As of this week, Oregon, Texas, Miami and Boise State would receive first-round byes as projected conference champions.
