A local man is facing charges for a domestic incident that occurred earlier this week.
According to Butler Township Police, officers were called out to the Super 8 Motel on Route 8 South Tuesday just before 11 p.m.
44-year-old Ronald Kapsin Jr allegedly grabbed a 44-year-old female by the neck and forced her head into a wall, causing minor injuries. He was taken into custody then back to the police station for processing where he allegedly became violent and struck an officer in the face. The officer was not hurt.
Kapsin is facing charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, and strangulation.
