Police have charged three people in Butler City after an alleged fight broke out at a residential home and shotgun was pointed at two people.
Butler City police were called to a home on the 300 block of liberty street on Tuesday after two men and a woman were alleged to have been threating to fight two men and pointed a shotgun at them.
According to charging documents, 30-year-old Jalynn Eason, 23-year-old Sebastian Bickham, and 24-year-old Cullen Bickham all of Butler were at the home with another induvial and a resident in the home. Police were called as another resident of the home kicked out all parties.
After both Bickham’s were told the police were called, it’s alleged they begun to “act belligerent.” While locked out of the home Eason brought a shotgun out and pointed it at the home.
No shots were fired and police arrested and charged Eason with terroristic threats, simple assault, and public drunkenness. She was placed in the Butler County Prison on $25,000 bail.
While both Bickham’s were charged with resisting arrest and trespassing and placed in the Butler County Prison on $15,000 bail.
