A man is facing charges after allegedly abusing a young child.
37-year-old William MIlbert of East Butler was charged after assaulting his 9-year-old son.
Police say the incident happened Saturday at their home on Grant Avenue when Milbert allegedly picked up his son, squeezed him, and then threw him causing injuries to his head and neck.
Police were called and Milbert is now facing charges of harassment.
