With the Carved in Ice Festival starting tonight, there will be some traffic restrictions in place.
City Police say there will be no parking in the area around Diamond Park through 7 p.m. Saturday.
There will be more restrictions in place Saturday, with Main Street shut down from Wayne to Cunningham from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Also, no parking will be allowed in that area during that time.
The normal detours will be in place.
