A local lawmaker has been appointed to a leadership position for a subcommittee during the new legislative session.
State Representative Stephanie Scialabba recently announced her appointment as the Chair of the House State Government Committee’s Subcommittee on Government Information and Technology.
This subcommittee helps state government keep up with changes in technology so that it functions efficiently and prevents security breaches.
The subcommittee comes under the direction of the House State Government Committee, of which Scialabba is a member.
