Police are providing more information about the man involved in a scooter accident over the weekend.
The crash happened Saturday morning around 8:15 a.m. in the 100 block of Great Belt Road.
Police say 22-year-old Ash Nolte of Renfrew was on an electric scooter when he went into the opposite lane and lost control. He slid with his scooter about 25 to 30 yards.
Nolte was initially treated at the scene, but was then flown to UPMC Presbyterian.
