An Oklahoma man is being held in the Butler County Prison after it’s alleged he was driving under the influence in Butler Township.
Just before 10 p.m. Friday, Butler Township Police were called to Eberhart Road for a single vehicle accident involving a tractor trailer.
When police arrived on scene they discovered a guide rail was hit and the vehicle fled the scene. 29-year-old Zakary White would later be taken into custody and accused of driving while impaired.
He was taken into custody and placed in prison on $50,000 bond as he awaits a preliminary hearing.
