A Butler man is in prison after he allegedly sexually assaulted a minor.
In late February, police were called to investigate 19-year-old Keyon Franklin for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old.
When officers spoke with Franklin he claimed the victim said she was 18-years-old but he suspected she may be younger.
Franklin also allegedly admitted to officers about videos featuring sexual acts between him and the victim.
Franklin is facing several charges of indecent assault of a person less than 16, statutory sexual assault, and photograph/film/depiction of a sexual act with a minor.
Bail was set at $7,500 and a preliminary hearing has been set for April 6.
