A Mars man has been charged in the break-in of an Adams Township home last month.
The incident happened on March 14 at a home on the 500 block of East Vanderbilt Drive when a man attempted to break in by kicking down the front door.
Surveillance videos and witnesses identified the man that broke into the home as 59-year-old James Fugh III. Police have also accused of Fugh of breaking into another home on the same block.
The total damage done was just over $4,000.
Fugh has been charged with criminal trespassing breaking into a structure and criminal mischief.
He’s awaiting a preliminary hearing.
