A $1 million lottery ticket has been sold in Evans City.
PA Lottery officials say the winning scratch-off ticket was sold at the Uni Express on Main Street.
It was from the $10 Win Win Win scratch off game.
The Uni Express will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
