A man is facing charges after holding a knife against his case worker at his Evans City Borough apartment.
On Tuesday officers were called to an apartment on the 300 block of Main Street for a disturbance.
Police say 33-year-old Justin Eppinger of Evans City allegedly held a knife to the case worker’s stomach, grabbed her by the neck, and made sexual comments to her.
Eppinger apologized when police arrived and said he didn’t take his medication.
He’s been charged with aggravated assault, false imprisonment, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and two counts of simple assault.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for June 3.
