Adams Township Supervisors have granted a conditional use request made by an auto services business looking to build just off Route 228.
Earlier this week, the Board’s members held a hearing for Flynn’s Tire Group concerning a property along Aster Way, beside the Shell station.
This 8,000 square foot Flynns store would contain 12 service bays along with about 45 parking spaces. No excessive light and sound is expected to be added to the area from the business but the kind of signage to be used away from the building is still being determined.
Although the board’s members granted conditional use for the business, a land development plan including a traffic study will still need to be presented for approval before construction can begin.
