More details are emerging about the special election in the 12th legislative district.
The election is set for August 18th.
County officials say there were no challenges to the ballot that will feature Republican Scott Timko and Democrat Brandon Dukes.
The absentee and mail-in ballots will be sent out starting next Monday.
All polling locations will be in the same place as usual.
Timko and Dukes are running to replace Stephenie Scialabba, who resigned earlier this year.
