A medical helicopter transported one person to the hospital Wednesday morning after a piece of heavy machinery rolled over and trapped a man in Jackson Township.
The incident happened about 8 a.m. on Edward Lane. A man was reportedly working with a mini excavator when it rolled over and trapped his leg underneath.
Three fire departments were called to the scene to assist in what was described as a ‘significant extrication.’
The man’s current condition is unclear.
