The Butler American Legion Riders traveled to the nation’s capitol over the weekend to donate thousands of dollars to the national Vietnam Memorial.
The vets donated $40,000, which will be put towards the ongoing care and upkeep of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.
The money was raised over and above what was needed to bring the traveling Vietnam War Memorial Tribute Wall to Butler last month.
