An illegal alien found in Butler last month will be charged with unlawful re-entry after deportation.
According to the Department of Justice, 26-year-old Uriel Reyes Espinoza of Mexico has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh.
Court documents state that Espinoza was removed from the country by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement in August of 2008, May of 2012, February of 2014, and February of 2015 before being located in Butler on November 28th of this year.
Espinoza could receive a maximum sentence of two years in prison, a fine of $250,000 or both.
