The other side of our state is in celebration mode today as up to two million people were expected to show up for a parade to celebrate the Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl victory.
The city has never celebrated a Super Bowl win before and the fanfare was widespread.
People started showing up to the parade route well before the sun came up despite the 11 a.m. start time.
The parade will wind through downtown Philly and end at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, home of the famous “Rocky” staircase. There, fans and coaches will give speeches and soak in the glory of their 41-33 victory over the New England Patriots on Sunday.
