Gas prices are down almost a nickel this week, but still remain above $3 per gallon.
According to AAA’s weekly fuel survey, prices in Butler for a gallon of regular, self-serve are averaging $3.07, that’s down four cents from last week’s $3.11.
Prices across western Pennsylvania are averaging $3.05.
AAA says Pennsylvania’s gas price average remains above the $3 per gallon mark, but the state has seen a double-digit drop in the last month.
