A charge of criminal homicide has been dismissed against a Cranberry Township driver who allegedly struck and killed a bicyclist.
The charge against 51-year-old David Lohr was dismissed Friday during a preliminary hearing, according to our news partners at WPXI-TV. The judge held the remainder of Lohr’s charges for court, including felony homicide by vehicle while DUI.
Lohr was charged the day after Christmas for allegedly hitting a bicyclist on Rochester Road in Cranberry. 22-year-old Aleksander Teimouri later died.
