–Nine WPIAL wrestlers are top seeds heading into the PIAA championships that begin today in Hershey. They include Seneca Valley sophomore Alejandro Herrera-Rondon, who is the #1-seed in the 113 pound weight class. He won the state title at 106-pounds last year as a freshman.
