With plenty of trick or treaters expected to hit the streets tonight, AAA is reminding residents of some safety tips.
Some of the simple sets to ensure safety are:
- Use reflective tape so children and all are more visible as the sun begins to drop
- Carry a flashlight or glow sticks to help stand out
- Make sure costumes fit to prevent tripping and fall, along with wearing comfortable walking shoes
- Nothing should impair vision, if a mask or anything covering the head should have holes that allow for complete vision
