AAA says this week marks the beginning of the 100 “deadliest days” for teen drivers.
According to the travel agency, historical data shows that fatal accidents for younger drivers increase in between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Over 7,000 deaths have happened in accidents involving teens over the last 10 years.
AAA’s data also revealed that teen drivers are likely to do risky activities while driving, like speeding, texting, or running red lights.
