An Adams Township man is facing a long list of charges after police say he defrauded a dozen people on vehicles he sold to them.
48-year-old Brian Frazin is accused of rolling back odometer readings so the vehicles he was selling appeared to have less mileage. Police say those crimes date back to January 2018, and that Frazin continued to sell the vehicles until August this year.
Frazin allegedly sold nine vehicles over the span of that time, and that the vehicles were sold for more than they cost to purchase.
Frazin is also accused of stealing the identity of two public notaries and using fraudulent notary stamps.
