Pennsylvania’s top law enforcement official recently announced the seizure of hundreds of illegal slot machines made to look like skill games including dozens in Butler County.
According to Attorney General Dave Sunday, more than 400 devices were removed from the Western Pennsylvania region as part of charges being filed against two operating companies.
The seizures in March included over 30 devices removed from Deluca’s Marty’s Bar on Route 19, Win it All at the Mall at Clearview Mall, and Mini Casino on South Chestnut Street.
The office of Attorney General’s Gaming Enforcement Section has filed charges against Buffalo Skill Games and JJ Amusement, both owned and operated by John Conley who has prior federal convictions for illegal gambling.
