The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office is reminding residents to be on the lookout for scammers.
It’s National Consumer Protection Week and Dave Sunday’s office says the state is actively trying to stop scams while protecting consumer rights.
Consumer protection tips will be shared on the AG’s social media platforms throughout the week. Officials estimate that the state’s Bureau of Consumer Protection saved residents nearly $17 million last year.
If you believe you are a victim of a scam, you can file a complaint with the bureau online, by email, or by phone.
