Renovations will soon be coming to Alameda Park’s playground.
Butler County Parks and Recreation Director Lance Welliver said that the work will include renovations to the platforms and rubber surfacing at the playground.
As part of a grant the department received, the initial steps include a design consultation before the work can formally begin. Welliver hopes the project will be done by late fall.
