Alameda Park will host a series of weekly events throughout the summer beginning on Monday.
Every Monday and Wednesday this summer will be ‘Fitness in the Park’ with yoga at 5:45 p.m. followed by Zumba at 7 p.m. in the Carousel Shelter. The cost is $5 per class or $8 for both, rain or shine.
The Free Family Summer Concert Series begins on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. with the Frank Vieira at the Odd Fellows Gazebo.
On Thursday, the Free Outdoor Discovery Series begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Carousel Shelter with a presentation about the history of Butler’s movie theaters.
