Police say alcohol played a role in a crash that sent one person to a hospital last week.
The two vehicle accident happened around 3:30 p.m. this past Friday on Hillard Road in Washington Township.
Police say 57-year-old Pamela Chesoins was driving northbound when she lost control of her car coming around a curve and hit an oncoming car driven by a 17-year-old girl.
The two vehicles collided head-on. The teen driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital.
Police say after further investigation found that Chesoins was under the influence of alcohol.
