Alice Louise Kaib, 83, of Chicora, formerly of Butler, passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at her home.
She was born October 9, 1937 in Butler, the daughter of the late Donald and Dorthea (McGinley) MacCarron.
She owned and operated Alexander’s Inn in Cabot. She was a well-respected waitress in Butler for many years. She enjoyed reading, gambling and playing cards.
Surviving are her children, Kenneth (Sherry) Kaib of Valencia, Marsha (Alan) Wills of Prospect, Diane (John) Cress of Chicora and Bernice (Darren) Rasely of Butler; 5 grandchildren, Richard Bruno, Dyanna Warner, Patrick Kaib, Kenneth Kaib and Troy Rasely; 4 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard “Skeeter” Kaib, who passed away in 1986; her daughter, Lynda L Bruno and her 4 brothers.
