Alice M. Delgado, 92, of Renfrew died Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2024 in the comfort of her home.
Born Nov. 30, 1931, in Los Angeles, Calif., she was the daughter of Angel and Henriqueta (Calderon) Mijares.
She was a homemaker and student and teacher of the word of God. She enjoyed hand quilting and traveling throughout the United States.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, Raymond F. Delgado.
She is survived by four children, Anthony (Priscilla) Delgado of Richmond, Calif.; Karen (Jude) Schaffner of Tucson, Ariz.; Roger Delgado of Renfrew and Tim Delgado of Old Lyme, Conn; five grandchildren, Joshua (Martina) Schaffner of Tucson; Misa (Trent) Park of Mashpea, Mass.; Gabriel Schaffner, also of Tucson; Theresa (Ryan) Langston of Richmond; and Fiona (Mario) Delgado, also of Richmond; and two great-grandchildren, Camila and Lola Langston.
Besides her husband, Alice was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and two brothers.
A private service was held on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024. Arrangements completed by the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham St, Butler, PA.
