It is with great sadness that we share the loss of our beautiful daughter Alicia Renée Peters, 32 of Virginia Beach, Virginia, formerly of Butler, PA on March 9, 2024. Alicia was born to her proud and loving parents Wade and Linda Peters on July 3, 1991. Mother of Leslie Jasmin Jaques, who she adored and whom she called her princess; sister of Megan “Sunny” Campbell and her nephew Jeulyen C. Kenedy of Butler, PA, Kristen Peters and her nieces Hailey Caulderon, nephew Leland Gautreau of Butler, PA.; niece Maddelyn Toner of East Butler; brother Joshua Peters of Butler, PA. She was the niece of Robert Campbell (Butler, PA). Dave (Regina) Campbell of Clearfield, PA and Rick (Heidi) Campbell of Butler, PA. She also had many aunts, uncles and cousins, too many to mention but all who loved her dearly. Alicia loved to hunt and fish with her dad, siblings and friends. She was a free spirit who had a special connection with animals, especially her horses and our beloved dog (Roscoe) who she grew up with. She shared her love of horses with her family and friends which spanned three generations. She loved showing her horses, training and trail riding. She also loved helping her dad cut firewood, which has always been our heat source and preferred using an axe instead of the log splitter. Alicia also loved helping him scrap. If there were things to do outside that was always her preference. She was a member of Mt. Nebo Presbyterian Church of Prospect and a graduate of Butler High School in 2008. She was preceded in death by grandparents, great grandparents, aunt, and other loving family members. Services will be held privately through the SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 NEW CASTLE RD. BUTLER, PA 16001. WWW.SPENCERDGEIBEL.COM.
