Butler County Community College will have all online or remote instruction for the first three weeks of the spring semester.
College officials made the announcement today, saying that the move is a precaution with regard to possible changing transmission levels of COVID-19 during the flu season.
The 15-week semester starts January 19th, and the school plans to then transition to the classes to how they were scheduled after three weeks; that means that means they could be face-to-face, blended or hybrid, or remain remote or online.
College officials are also finalizing what will be a maximum percentage of face-to-face instruction.
