Today is World AIDS day and a Slippery Rock University group is holding an informational program tomorrow to mark the occasion.
SRU’s Office for Inclusive Excellence will hold the 9th annual Red Ribbon Monologues at 5 p.m. Monday in the Smith Student Center ballroom.
This free and interactive event will explore the history of HIV and AIDS as well as the impact it has had globally and locally.
This event is open to the public and will also include one to five minute monologues from students, faculty, staff, and community members who have had personal experience with HIV or AIDS.
