The National Weather Service is continuing with the Extreme Heat Warning for another day.
The warning remains in effect through 5:00 tonight as temperatures are expected to hit 90. The heat index value could once again get near 100.
There is a chance for showers and storms popping up later this afternoon.
Officials say to make sure you remain hydrated and stay out of the sun.
OSHA also says that if you’re working outdoors, they recommend frequent rest breaks in shade or in air conditioning.
