Val Arkoosh suspended her campaign over the weekend.
The Montgomery County Commissioner and doctor had trailed other candidates in early polls and didn’t see a path to the nomination.
She did not endorse a candidate.
Western PA residents in Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman and Congressman Conor Lamb are currently the top two candidates in the Democratic primary.
