Arlene D. Cubbage, age 86, of Butler, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018, at VNA Inpatient Hospice.
Born in Herman on January 19, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Eugene and Anna Reott Geibel.
She was a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.
She was formerly employed at Spaide Shirt Factory.
As an adoring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother, Arlene loved to give and receive hugs and kisses.
She is survived by six children, Debbie Shoup, of Tyler, TX, Alan Cubbage and his wife, Laurie, of Butler, Sue Brady and her husband, Bob, of Butler, Cathy Eckert and her husband, Mike, of Jacksonville, TX, Tammi Wolfe and her husband, Gene, of Hedgesville, WV, and Tim Cubbage, of Butler; and her daughter-in-law, Jean Cubbage, of North Washington.
She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Cubbage, who passed away August 12, 1998; a son, William J. Cubbage, who passed away April 29, 2015; two brothers; and six sisters.
There will be no visitation, and funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
