The public is invited to participate in a free and interactive event scheduled for later this week focused on home ownership.
On Thursday beginning at 6 p.m. the Armco Credit Union will host a free home buyers workshop at their Mars location.
Topics that will be covered include the local real estate market, various mortgage programs, and tips for closing a mortgage. Participants will receive a voucher to waive the $200 application fee through the end of the year.
A second workshop is scheduled for the same time a week from Thursday (4/24) at the BC3 Main Campus Business and Workforce Building. All prospective buyers, including first-timers, are invited to register for either workshop by visiting the Armco CU website.
