A local pool will host a Christmas in July themed swim later this week.
The Armco Park Pool on Centerville Pike in Slippery Rock will host the night time swim on Saturday (July 13th) from 7:30pm until 10pm.
Officials say that Santa will be on hand to play Christmas pool games with participants. There will also be an opportunity for event goers to win prizes, and enjoy other surprises. The concession stand will also be open.
Admission is $5 per person. If inclement weather forces the event to be cancelled, a notice will be posted on the pool’s Facebook page by 5:30pm.
