An Armstrong County man will serve up to 50 years in prison following his conviction in a fatal overdose four years ago.
41-year-old Nathan Wolfe of Kittanning was convicted in July of third-degree murder for the death of Eric McMillen. Wolfe gave McMillen crack cocaine laced with fentanyl in exchange for use of McMillen’s car.
Prosecutors say Wolfe knew the drugs were laced with fentanyl.
He’s been sentenced to 25 to 50 years in prison.
