An arrest has been made in the death of a woman who was found on an Oil City bike trail.
Our news partners at WPXI-TV report that police arrested 59-year-old David Allen Bosley and charged him with homicide, rape, and kidnapping.
Police discovered the body of Marcy Nellis back on March 27th after she was reported missing the previous evening. Police then said they were treating the case as a homicide investigation and warned residents to be careful on the bike trails in the area.
Investigators say that Bosley was a person of interest in the case right away.
DNA evidence linked Bosley to the crime.
