The task force investigating the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump at July’s rally is requesting documents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
The organization is better known as the ATF and lawmakers say they provided “critical incident” response functions at both the Farm Show rally and at shooter Thomas Crooks’ home.
They are looking for any documents or communication the ATF had related to both the July 13th and September 15th assassination attempts.
