The Pennsylvania attorney general is issuing guidance on the access surrounding an abortion pill.
Michelle Henry says mifepristone is one of two drugs used in medication abortions, and it has subject to pending lawsuits regarding its legality.
Henry says in Pennsylvania mifepristone remains legal. She says the attorney general’s office has put together an information sheet on frequently asked questions surrounding the drug.
She also encourages anyone with questions surrounding the drug to contact the Women’s Law Project.
